We want you to love your SPELL pieces, but if something isn't quite right, we accept returns on unworn items with tags attached within 30 days of delivery. Please note that sale items are eligible for store credit only unless marked as final sale.
Initiate Your Return
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.
Pack Your Items
Securely pack your items in their original packaging, ensuring all original garment tags and hygiene seals remain intact.
Label and Ship
Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, attach it to your parcel, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse receives and inspects your return, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.
